Transfer Medicine

We can transfer your prescription from any pharmacy if you give us some information.

Keep in mind, your prescription must be in date and have at least 1 refill.

Fill in details below and we’ll get your medicine transferred as soon as we can.

Be sure to click “SUBMIT” after filling in the information. This information is sent directly to Lee Drug Store’s email address within about an hour. Transfers may take at least 24 hours (depending on who we’re calling).

We can text you when your prescriptions are ready.
